us at the UK office to confirm availability
and options on your trip. When completing this
form, please note it is your responsibility
to complete the form accurately and to arrange
appropriate insurance for your trip. You will
receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting
this form.
Terms and Conditions
Bavarian Guiding
Service is not responsible for damages, personal
injuries or losses of equipment made during
your stay. We are not responsible for conditions
out of our control such as earthquakes, terroism,
acts of god etc. Changes in the Spanish law
are not our responsibility.
Cancellations
If
you cancel, up to 30 days before you holiday
a fee of 75 euros per person will be charged.
If you cancel with less than 30 days before
your holiday, you will be charged the complete
30% deposit. We adhere to statutory EU regulations.
Payments
In
order to confirm the booking, you need to pay
30% in advance of your trip. The remainder needs
to be paid 6 weeks in advance of arriving.
Insurance
It is YOUR responsibilty
to ensure that you have adequate insurance provision
made before staying with Bavarian Guiding Service.
